How We Operate
Our workshop is set up geared towards trade work, though we do accept some private work. If you are a private customer you can effectively cut out the middle person by coming direct to us, as the majority of jewellers will not do watch repairs in-house. Due to our workshop location we are unable to accept private visitors as we do not have a customer-facing, shop front area. Instead we accept work from customers through the methods outlined below. In each instance please contact us first and we will advise accordingly.

Secure Postal Services
You are able to send your watch in to us via secure, insured, trackable postal services. We accept work from clients based all around the UK. We deal with you via the phone and/or email, before sending your watch back when the repair is completed. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending items to us.
Collection & Delivery Service
We offer a complimentary collection and delivery service for clients based in the Brighton and Hove area. When we collect a watch you are given a receipt and we then take the watch for assessment. We deal with you over the phone and email regarding a quotation and the repair work, before dropping the watch back at your convenience.
Partner Shops
We currently work with a few shops in the local Brighton and Hove area. We can direct you to the nearest shop we carry out repairs for and you can leave the watch with them. Please note in this scenario you will be dealing exclusively with the shop rather than directly with us, so as not to over-complicate the repairs process.
